Return & Exchange Policy

At XTRADA, we are fully committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of every player. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Below are the terms and conditions that govern returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns and Exchanges (Items in New Condition)

We accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Has never been used, washed, torn, written on, marked, or altered in any way.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.
  • Has all original tags attached.
  • Includes the official XTRADA proof of purchase.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re here to help.
To expedite the process, we recommend purchasing the correct size and then returning the original item for a refund once received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items that are used, washed, torn, written on, marked, or altered.
  • Customized gear (including color modifications, embroidery, names, patches, etc.).
  • Items purchased on sale or using discount codes.
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Items not purchased directly through our official website: www.xtradasports.com

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product was delivered correctly and is being returned due to sizing or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), XTRADA will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@xtradasports.com. The item must remain unused and meet all return eligibility criteria.
